Why “Cay’ur”
It happened at the dinner table.
No whiteboard. No brainstorm. Just a family, sharing a meal.
The founder was sitting with his wife and children — ready to eat, just another ordinary day.
Then, out of nowhere, his youngest child looked up and said:
“Daddy… nak cayur.”
“Apa?” he asked.
“Nak cayur. Nak cayur. Nak cayur.”
He meant “sayur.” But the word that came out was “cayur.”
It wasn’t perfect. It wasn’t polished.
But it was beautiful — because it was real.
That night, something clicked.
It wasn’t just a mispronunciation.
It was a message:
Cay’ur = Sayur yang ada Jiwa.
A vegetable. A voice. A soul.
From that moment, the name Cay’ur stuck.
Not because it sounded trendy — but because it reminded the founder why he started all this:
To build something that began with family.
And that could one day nourish families everywhere.
